For Lux Afrique Polo Day 2025 Roundtable Events were asked to design a premium & elegant space for guests to relax, connect, and discover more about the client’s international investment offering.

Within a 10x10m stretch tent, we created a sophisticated lounge setting with sofas, armchairs and coffee tables, two feature walls—a flower wall with 3D logo and an acoustic wall with a 75” screen—and a custom wooden bar hosting a full coffee service and refreshments.

A refined and welcoming space that balanced comfort with brand storytelling. Supported by bespoke lead-capture iPads and consistent branded details, the stand successfully generated new conversations and qualified leads throughout the day.
