The solution

Working within a 6x2m footprint, we built a custom LED lightbox wall with fabric graphics, a 2.5m illuminated wooden bar featuring a 3D SAP logo, and two fully branded coffee machines operated by the trusted barista team from our partner Social Espresso.

The result

A clean, contemporary setup that embodied SAP’s values of excellence and connection. Over 1,000 coffees were served during the two-day event, turning the stand into a vibrant hub of hospitality and conversation.
