Social Espresso, specialists in mobile barista bars for events, partnered with Roundtable Events to bring their stand vision to life at Confex 2025; to make a compact 5m x 2m floor-only space feel like a fully functioning coffee bar while keeping the brands’ clean, contemporary aesthetic front and centre.

The solution

A clean, architectural finish, with a custom LED backdrop to showcase branding and messaging for maximum impact. Complimented by a seating area with twin sofas and greenery to balance the active bar space, where a fully branded counter hosted live barista demonstrations.

A compact yet high-impact stand that blended form and function, inviting attendees to pause, recharge, and connect over exceptional coffee.
